2. Trial Period

We offer a 7-day trial period for $1.00. During this trial period, you can:

  • Use up to 2 search credits
  • Access all premium features
  • Cancel at any time without being charged the recurring fee

If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged the recurring $14.99 bi-weekly fee.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and clicking "Cancel Subscription"
  • Contacting our customer support team
  • Using the cancellation link in your account emails

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Trial Fee Refund

The $1.00 trial fee is generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds in cases of:

  • Technical issues that prevented service access
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Service unavailability during the trial period

4.2 Subscription Fee Refund

Refunds for the $14.99 bi-weekly subscription fee may be issued within 14 days of billing if:

  • You did not use any search credits during the billing period
  • There was a technical issue that prevented service access
  • You were charged due to a billing error
  • You experience exceptional circumstances (evaluated case by case)

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You have used search credits during the billing period
  • Dissatisfaction with search results (due to the nature of publicly available data)
  • Failure to cancel before the trial period ended
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the billing date
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  3. Explain the reason for your refund request

7. Refund Processing
