Deepcheck provides people lookup and background verification services using publicly available information. Our service allows users to search for information about individuals through various public databases and online sources.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• To harass, stalk, or harm any individual
• For employment screening, tenant screening, or credit decisions
• To violate any person's privacy rights
• To circumvent any technological measures we use to provide the Service

5. FCRA Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: You may not use Deepcheck or the information we provide to make decisions about consumer credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose that would require FCRA compliance. Deepcheck does not provide consumer reports and is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

6. Payment and Subscription

Our service offers a 7-day trial for $1.00, after which you will be charged $14.99 every 2 weeks unless you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of all data. The information available through our Service may not be 100% accurate, complete, or current. Users should verify important information through additional sources.
